GUARD DOG!

It's very exciting. Mom got a ferocious guard dog from Grandma Ficek for her birthday. I must say, Mom was VERY excited for it. As you can see, it is quite intimidating by its sheer size and menacing snarl. Don't worry though, we'll keep it locked up when you come to visit.

Everyone's Crazy 'bout a Sharp Dressed Gal

Hi. Well my big sister Ellen has been getting dressed all on her own. Sometimes she is very particular about what she wears and other times she'll let mom and dad dress her. I always let mom and dad dress me, I just look better that way and besides I can't even sit up yet let alone get dressed on my own. Anyway, as you will see, she loves her "Ellen" cap and the lovely red Jayhawk onesie paired with the green pants, blue sweater and pink boots was her church outfit. She sure is sassy. Have to admit, dad's a bit worried about lowering the clothes bar so she has access to all her clothes.

Smiles and Kisses and Thumbs - HOW FUN

Hi. Well, I'm really learning to smile and I practice all the time. It seems to make mom and dad very happy so I'll keep doing it. I have also found my thumb and I rather enjoy sucking it when I go to sleep. Ellen and I getting ready for Valentine's Day, she keeps kissing me but I've had enough. We also went to a wedding where she danced the night away, at least until 7:30 anyway. There is a movie, but mom and dad are still figuring out the particulars so it flips half way though. If you can't tell, she's doing the chicken dance which Grandma Lo and Auntie Beth taught her.

Sorry for the long absence. Much has happened. Here is a short list of my firsts:
